Rockrose in Black Butte Ranch- Perfect multifamily get away!

The house was great! Clean, organized well. Enough room for family of 12! And still has empty beds. The management company were helpful and responsive. Thank you for a lovely family vacation..even without snow!

Absolutely fantastic place. Beautifully snuggled among ponderosa pines. Very well equipped with amenities. Colette could not have been better to work with from beginning to end. Sure hope we are able to come back again with family sometime soon.

We decided our family reunion would be most enjoyed if we were all (18 of us) in one home. Rockrose at Black Butte provided us the opportunity. Located next to the South Meadow pool and tennis courts and across from the path that crosses the center of the meadow, which was a very convenient location for our family and the children. All the ammenities of the ranch were very accessible. The home is large with a multibed room ( 7 beds...kids loved it), plus 6 bedrooms. The outdoor space was wonderful with a view of the forrest and tennis courts. Coleen from Experience was very helpful in planning our stay and connected with us during the visit to insure our satisfaction. The only downside was that the middle level bedromms did not have airconditioning (there were fans).

Our nonprofit planning team had a fantastic stay at this home! It was the perfect space for our large group—plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, along with great common areas where we could gather to plan, collaborate, and unwind together. The location was ideal, and the house was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and productive stay. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect we had a great stay, the house is amazing more than enough space, cozy and very well organized with all utilities present.
